Government to reduce Vinamilk stake

Sacombank listing expands market by half

Sacombank shares closed nearly flat Wednesday in their debut on the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center. The bank becomes Vietnam's largest listed company, and increases the market value of the Ho Chi Minh City exchange by more than 50%. From Bloomberg.

Eximbank to set own forex rates
